E00 Perl Script

Has anyone else had problems with the E00 perl parser?

Also, is the only thing that is needed the lat and lon in finding the
boundaries? Or is there more that is needed? Currently my tables hold
the long and lat points as well as the 2 letter state code identifying
the state the boundaries are.

I have the contains portion and am working through that, but I am not
sure I have all the right information in the database to map the
boundaries and create the boundary click areas.
