You can create a Gmail account that forwards processes a filter on
received messages and forwards it on to multiple people. It would
probably be easiest to have some keyword in the subject that triggers
the filter. To create a filter go to Settings->Filter in Gmail.
A better alternative is probably to create a private Google group as
furnone suggested. You can just add all the parents' e-mail to the
group and it will work like a mailing list with a single e-mail.
