[Google-Desktop] Synchronize Todo list between home/work comps
Not sure that Google Desktop can do this, so let me know if there's
another option.
I'd like a "set and forget" way to have a to-do list replicated on my
work and home computers. I do not/cannot leave both on all the time,
so I'm looking for a program that intelligently updates between the
two. Here's my idea of how it might work:
I would enter my list one one computer.
On shut down, the program would automatically update a remote location.
On boot-up of the other computer, the program would automatically call
the remote location and update the todo list.
There would be no need to address conflicts since the automatic update
(and the fact that the computers would never be on at the same time)
would keep each list updated.
In the event the network conenction was down, the computer would simply
display the last information downloaded. (and when network was
restored, changes with the most recent timestamp would "win")
So, can Google Desktop do this? If not, is there a cheap/free service
that can?
