The longer answer is: Images are updated periodically by Google's data
provider. You can wait for better images...but it may be a long wait.

You can Google search for better images. Try it.
Other free satellite images are available (Terraserver, etc.)
Other pay image services are available (Digital Globe, etc.)
Other organizations (like government or universities) may be willing to
share their existing high-resolution images with you.
But can you get free high-resolution images of every roof in Kuala
Lumpur from Google? No, today you cannot.
