This enrichment does include legitimate B2C and B2B businesses, but
they are not the ones complaining about their search listings or
indexing.

Google is the first party, it is their website, and most would support
their right to run their business as they wish. Competition is the
only way to tell if they are right--Out-of-business=wrong or
still-in-business=right.
