[Google-Desktop] Help with Indexing PDF

Hi All-

We're having some problems getting Google Desktop to index pdf files.
It won't do it. At all. I've quadruple checked the preferences and
even downloaded the OmniPage Search Indexer plugin. I also used
Acrobat 7 to convert the scanned pdf to OCR and resaved.

I had it try to index files on my local computer and then files on
mapped network drives.

No luck.

While the majority of our pdf files are scanned, I've also created them
from Word docs as well as from images using Photoshop and Illustrator.
Google Desktop doesn't find any of them.

Anyone have any ideas? I could understand if it didn't find the
scanned files, but it finds none, regardless of how the pdf was
initially created.
