I use Firefox 1.0.6 with
Venkman for Javascript debugging
Web Developer for HTML and CSS debugging (I recommend this)
Tidy for HTML validation

I write all my code with the codemax text editor. (I don't recommend
this unless you happen to already be familiar with it.)
