Re: Froogle FTP Uploads Not Functioning for 3 Days

My feeds are updated via a PERL script and I noticed the other day that
one of them had expired (it's not actually expired, but that's another
problem...). It seems my updates have stopped running correctly. The
feeds have not been working since Friday the 13th. A bit of bad luck
on Froogle's (or the merchants...) part? I've been having trouble
getting logged in via FTP with it seeming to be reluctant to take my
password. When it did finally let me on, my files from the 13th are
still sitting there so I can't upload any more new files. Manually
uploading the files worked fine, but that's not really a solution in my
case. I have megs worth of stuff to upload, some of which must be
uploaded every day! I wrote to froogle support but have yet to hear a
reply.
