Re: How many days it takes for the site verification?

Hi,

I believe I've done all the things recommended and I'm still going
from pending verification back to verify - see below:

It does. As soon as I click on verify I see the following in my log:

66.249.72.70 - - [18/Jan/2006:17:29:54 +0000] "HEAD
/google086e4a9268fd579a.html HTTP/1.1" 200 - "-" "Mozilla/5.0
(compatible; Googlebot/2.1; +http://www.google .com/bot.html)"

It has not been down in 154 days and the above entry from the log
shows it was up when google first checked.

It doesn't:

User-agent: *
Disallow: /cgi-bin

It doesn't:

wget -S --proxy=off 'http://www.easysoft.com/doesnotexist'
--17:40:32-- http://www.easysoft.com/doesnotexist
=> `doesnotexist'

I have clicked again (in fact I've done it at least 3 times over the
last week or so)
but no progress. The annoying thing is that I was verified initially but then
went unverified and can't get back. I tried contacting google but was told
"we're not able to provide individual support for Google Sitemaps" and
to see this group.

Can anyone shed any light on this at all?
