You gave 70% of your money to NBA.

Google ONLY HANDELED the transaction.
You did not "give" your money to google, any more then you "give" your
money to pay-pal or ebay when buying stuff on those systems.

Google is, perhapes, responsible for the 30% they took. But frankly, if
it uploaded fine, and it downloaded fine at your end, it seems like
google did their job.

70% of the money went to the people in charge of uploading, so it seems
quite clear who you should complain too.
