One method: Use http://www.mapki.com/index.php?title=Get_Lon_Lat
to determine the lat/long of two points on your map for which you have
X & Y.

how to convert X,Y into lat/long.

Once you know that, you can also send your map to the API and then do
anything wiith it that the API supports on Goggle's maps.
