I see it now, thanks. Yeah, those offsets are on the order of 0.003
degrees, looks like ~ 250m horizontally, ~300m vert., scaling off the
Local length scale.

Just out of curiosity, I took a look at Terraserver's image over this
same area. It doesn't have the color imagery, but the B&W is seamless:
