They adveritse on national television that they have NBA games
available for viewing. Full games. Not 3/4 of a game.

Then they sell it to fans, but do not provide any way to get feedback
or for consumers to get customer support.

They sell UNFINISHED PRODUCTS. False advertising is not something that
can be excused!
