Sitemap not crawling

Hello,
I am webadmin from http://www.presa-zilei.ro and I submited many
many times my sitemap ( http://www.presa-zilei.ro/sitemap.xml ) and it
is not crawling it ..... it has been over 2 weeks now. I changed the
format and all ... I added another website but no sitemap and it
crawled in 2 hours.
