Already uploaded but still says Awaiting First Upload

I have three feeds set up. I uploaded all three. Two I can tell are
working through the system. The third still says "Awaiting First
Upload". All three I used FTP. I've checked the spelling and for
other errors and there is nothing unusual about this third file. I've
tried uploading several times over the course of a week and it still
says awaiting first upload. Any idea why? I've emailed google with
this question and have yet to get an email response after more than a
week.
