Our system is currently busy

I believe this is a permanent problem.

It's been over a week, whenever I try to verify I get the same message
many other users here get:

NOT VERIFIED
Our system is currently busy. Please try again in a few minutes.

Still, I can see google accessing the file in my logs:

So it's obvious google got the file all fine but didn't handle it.

Could other users with the same problem check their logs, if they are
being verified from the same IP (66.249.66.162) and post the result
here?

PS: or preferably google staff should check the machine if everything's
fine with it.
