different bitrates?

Is google using a different bit rate for full screen viewing then the
webpage view? I am only guessing, but i think they are .... when you
switch modes I get a "buffering" msg. The quality in FScreen lloks too
good to be at the same rate as the webpage.

Then they must have two files for streaming?
