A quick visit to the W3C HTML validator at
http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A//www.haverfordpolice.org/havmap.php
will show you that the new code contains some invalid html.

The errors on the API key line can be fixed by replacing bare '&'
characters with '&' character entities.

At the following location in the API documentation
http://www.google.com/apis/maps/documentation/#XHTML_and_VML
they recommend using xhtml, rather than html.

The Firefox javascript console show an error in fsmenu.js, which likely
stops processing of all subsequent javascript.
