Email forwarding received GPS coordinates into a Google map link and forwarding to an email addressee

Please read and let me know if the folloing can be done. I know it's
probably a pipe dream...but I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask.

I want to find email software that can do the following:

Suppose an email is sent that contains the following text in the body:

Sam: I am at the camp now. W096.467222 N32.045111[HEADING:N
SPEED:15km/h] 2004/5/4 16:25

I would like the email software to recognize when a message has the
following information: WXXX.XXXXXX NYY.YYYYYY (in other words, if the
email contains a GPS coordinate format with any number combination and
decimal places exactly as shown above) - - it will not deviate from
this format but it will possibly have addtional text near the
coordinate.

The email software would have the capability to take the GPS
coordinates and automatically forward a preset email address with the
following link inside the email (imbedding these coordinates in the
text):

http://maps.google.com/maps?q=YY.YYYYYY,-XXX.XXXXXX&spn=0.008033,0.025522&hl=en

If this is not possible with a certain email program....do you know any
program that can do this?
