file not shown in Google Search

I have installed Google Desktop Search and indexing have been done. But
I am encountering a problem as follows:

1. A file exists with name : TOADProfessionalSetup.EXE. But when I
search using query "TOAD filetype:exe", this file is not shown.

2. But anther file with name "jakarta-tomcat-5.5.11.exe" is shown
in result when I search using query "tomcat filetype:exe"

Is there any way to know whether a particular file is indexed or
not ? ANy help will be highly appreciated.
