Froogle support, 800 lbs guerillas, anyone listening?

Froogle Support:
For the vast majority of two weeks, our store (Cheeseline) is
completely missing from Froogle.com and Froogle.co.uk. I have sent
numerous emails to this effect, and have tried about everything I can
think of to fix it. The feeds are perfect, absolutely no issues there.
No response from Froogle.

Meanwhile the 800 lbs guerilla in our space and a big spender on Google
is alive and kicking on Froogle for weeks with almost a thousand
listings, and we are getting hammered on traffic. And my boss is
hammering me.

Aside from sending this message via email to Froogle support, I am
going to post it everywhere in the hopes that someone of relevance at
Froogle is listening.

I have been nice, I have been patient, but this is the pits. Is anyone
out there listening? Does anyone really care- gee sounds like a song
from a few years ago...
