[Gmail-Users] Re: Why does GMAIL read our emails?

Read the Terms of Use.  When you signed up you gave Google the right to have a bot read your e-mail.  Any lawsuit will be thrown out of court.  That and you also agreed not to file a lawsuit against them.

Perhaps you should do reading before you start ranting about the law.

The "advertisements" that appear at the right of the text on my emails
are way too intrusive. Google claims that they "don't read" your email,
but that in no way means that the "adsense" program doesn't scan your
email for key words to match with the ads they put in.

Nice try, but even a first year law student like me could see through
that loophole. There are web ads and sites that are literally composed
of words in my email. But Google wants you to think they aren't
invading your privacy just because your email is being scanned by a
computer program instead of being read by a physical person.

I smell a lawsuit.
