You will lose. Your e-mail is scanned by several programs along the way,
including AV programs. By the way, have you ever read the Google Privacy
Act? Give it a perusal.
Now, if you are worried about the security of your e-mail, use S/MIME or
if your prefer, PGP. They offer the sort of protection against snooping
that you seem to desire.
