Map not visible

Ok I am pretty new to this whole thing and I am having an issue. I can
work the api no problem, add the markers and things when starting with
a blank document. However I want to add maps to my existing web site
and I want the map to be in a table. I know this can be done because
many of you have maps like that, my problem is when I add the map I get
the space where the map should be but no image. I don't get any "done
but with errors on the page" messages, just a finished web page missing
the map. I have a test page up at www.whatabargain.ca/testmap2.htm
could someone give me some direction as to where I messed this up
please?
