[Gmail-Users] Accessing other accounts

I want to change to Gmail - seems a good idea. But how do I access from
Gmail mail sent to my other addresses? I asked Gmail and they (or
rather the electronic response ghismo) said the answer was on help. Is
it? I can't find it! Help!
