I'm in the Twin Cities area as well and noticed the same thing on a few
maps that I'm working on...I do however noticed that when you zoom in
the I-94 icon does show up. Although, you still see 12/52 icon.

BTW, here is the thread that announced that the APIs will be using Tele
Atlas data instead of Navtaq.
