AdWords API removeKeywordList changes destination url to Default URL

Hello,

Has anyone seen the problem with a call to removeKeywordList changing
the destination URL to Default URL? It's not a very big deal, since
the keywords are being deleted. But if you ever wanted to re-activate
a keyword it would be better if it still had the correct destination
URL.

It doesn't make sense that changing a keyword's status to deleted would
also change its destination url.
