automatically fill out URL at API key page ?

would it be possible to open a copy of the API key signup page with the
URL box already filled out ?

the <input name="url" size="40" value="http://" type="text"> box is the
one I am talking about.

In the install program for my app I want it to open the page for the
signup with the box already correctly filled out. The user just has to
tick agree and generate the key.

Would be using JS
