Wow! I need the exact same thing!
I have been working at this for about a day now, today will be my
second. It looks like it could be easy using google api but the problem
is you must find the lat and lon of a person in order to do this it
might be simple enough to write a program use a free geocoder.
A geocoder as they are calling it appearantly is what takes the persons
address and will convert to lat and lon potitions. I will work on this
today and share the results with you as I hope you do the same.
