Cannot add a feed

I have successfully set up one feed. But when i try to add a second
feed by specifying the URL (which was produced by medline RSS feed
generator) by pasting the link to add subscriptions, it just shows
preview and cancel, and clicking preview takes me to the feed site, but
no option to SAVE or ADD to my subscriptions...Any advice ? is it me
again??
