[Gmail-Users] Gmail Sign Up Page Problem, ISP To Blame?

>From the start of December ive been unable to get onto the sign in page
at all apart from if i delete all my cache & cookies then go though a
Yahoo serach link to get onto the sign in pagebut then when i put my
details in it just freezes on the white screen.

At all times it says connection to Gmail taking to long to connect, im
using the newest Firefox 1.5 & Windows 6.

Ive asked Gmail & they say its my ISP, i asked my ISP (NTL) here in the
UK, & they got me to run a tracert on it but it always said "Connection
Timed Out".

Ive used all the different ways to try to get onto the sign up page but
no luck.

Is this a common problem?
