Yes it is totally possible to have two or more NICs on the same
network. Setting up proper routing will do that for you. As for your
question, I will need to know your current network setup from your ISP
connection, on down to each box. For example, here is mine:
DSL Modem/Router -------wireless--------- Sweetums (Laptop)

Knock-off D-Link 10/100 Switch

Fozzie Scooter

Doesn't have to be drawn out like that, just describe it best you can.
Such as:
DSL modem acts as router and firewall connects to 8 port 10/100 switch.
>From switch is both fozzie (wife's puter) and scooter (my puter). The
DSL modem also has wireless built in, and sweetums (laptop) connects
through that.
