OPML Export Failing

I have tried to export my subscriptions in both Firefox and IE and
neither of them are working. IE doesn't do anything, and Firefox,
opens a new tab, and finishes loading the page, but nothing appears,
not even a download prompt for the OPML file. Any suggestions? Is this
a known problem or something I'm just running into?
