Problem Loading Markers and Info Boxes from XML

HI,

I tried everything and i still cant manage to load either the markers
or the infoboxes that correspond to them from the .xml file.

I'm a newbie but hopefully i didnt mess up the code a lot. If someone
can have a look i would really appreciate it.

Btw the markers did show up twice on ff but not on ie, but the info
boxes did not open over each marker when clicked and the info box that
did open was empty. But they stoped appearing now.
