The site is not banned, it has a PR1 on the 'first' home page. The
real home page, the third one, has a PR of 2. But it is a framed page,
and the information pages have a PR of 0, it is the frame that has a
high PR. And it has no source, so won't get any searches.

Why not just do a proper site, where the info pages would have a PR as
well?

And I don't see the point in attracting visitors searching for 'Alfa
Romeo', who find the site is just a waste of time as far as they are
concerned. And a waste of his bandwidth as well.
