It depends on what you're using to generate your feed. Any half-decent
text editor should be able to write as UTF-8. If you're just using
Excel then it might not be possible (I don't use Excel).

If you're using Windows I can't give you any more specific help than
that.

If they're using non-ASCII characters it does.

If you can't generate UTF-8, then you'll have to use straight instead of
curly quotes and get rid of any accented characters. There is also a
setting somewhere in the Merchant centre that allows you to set the
expected encoding, but I think it's only got one other option, and that
may not be any more correct than UTF-8 for you.
