That output is not valid.

Any freeware Google Sitemap Generator will generate valid dates, I'm
really amazed hat yours obviously can't. The date/time value is not in
the required ISO 8601 format (eg, these would be ok: "2005-12-26" or
"2005-12-26T00:14:57+00:00" or "2005-12-26T00:14:57Z", without looking
it up, I hope I got it right). It's listed in the Google Guidelines to
Sitemaps:

If it is generating this output by default, it can only mean that they
didn't test a single sitemap file. None. I feel ashamed to be
associated with someone like that...
