I appreciated the time Caz took to write all those pointers - it calmed
me down -it helped me persevere. So I am keeping up the spirit of
thanking and also passing along an encouraging word to the next guy -
which you will read in my other post about how I just had SUCCESS!!!!

And Brismi while it is democratic and healthy to have a critical and
questioning eye on things - maybe you could direct it at the
corporation, at THE MAN and not THE GUY. Just a guy trying to lend a
hand to the exasperated.
