Re: site was verified, now is not?

I recently updated my site on the 16th Dec and resubmitted my sitemap
which had been downloaded the previous day (and the day prior to that
also, according to my abridged server logs). I see the sitemap
verification enhancements were announced on the 13th Dec.

My site was verified on the 16th, but today to wasn't, the verification
code was the same, this time all lower case googleNxNNNetc.html over
GOOGLENxNNNetc.html mixed case.

I didn't bother changing the html file to all lower case, I just
clicked verify and it did.

The major change I had made to the site layout was to change the
default index page away from being index.html.

So I don't know if that's what upset the verification in my case.
