[lug] prob installing UIM3.0 Interface builder in Linux 7.3

hi Guys ,

Please help me bout installing UIM3.0 XMotif Interface Builder , I use
RHL 7.3 n every time i'm trying to execute the file some error msgs r
poping up....

please give me some solution for this ,the file is not 'bin' file n its
tgz extension
