The first thing I can think of is maybe get in touch with
your web hosting provider about Google sitemaps.
Maybe if they have more enquiries they might
find a solution.

Can you upload the sitemap as a text file?

What do you have in mind when you ask about another server?
Can you upload to another server a sitemap file
with an URL of the same domain as the other pages
from the initial server?
