That url (which I've broken in my reply) doesn't indicate that anyone
has 'hijacked your feed' as you put it. It's simply someone who has
uploaded their own feed that happens to link to your products via their
own site.

Nor do I (except for Amy's suggestion of revenue from google adwords).
Email them and ask?

Ultimately, you can either consider it free advertising or complain to
froogle. If they're using your product descriptions verbatim I imagine
froogle would take them down if only for copyright infringement.
