Why do you say that? IE5.x is available on OS9, and the merchant centre
appears to work with IE5.2 under OSX. What browser are you using, and
what happens to make you think it's not working?

No, but there's no reason you can't use office 98. Tab-delimited text
is tab-delimited text on any platform.

With only one item for sale it matters even less what you use to
generate your feed since you're not going to be updating it very
frequently. It's perfectly possible to use a text editor. BBEdit
[Lite] is probably the best [free] text editor for OS9.

Not quite sure what you mean. You can put any logos you like on your
site. We certainly display payment card logos for instance. You
shouldn't include 'boilerplate' like that in the description you upload,
but you can certainly put it on your product page if you want to.

You won't need to do that.

I shouldn't think anyone could really justify charging anything for a 1
item feed!
