Same here, but for one subdomain of my site
(http://education.DoTheResearch.com). It's a new section of my site. I
created it, had it
crawled, saw it in google (using the site: search link on the sitemaps
page), updated its sitemap as it grew, now none of
the pages are listed. My other subdomains show up. (I've been working
at preparing sitemaps for all of them.) Google doesn't like
this one.
