Sietmap still not verifed

I get this message when i try to reverify...

NOT VERIFIED
We've detected that your 404 (file not found) error page returns a
status of 200 (OK) in the header.

Anyone have any idea what is going wrong with it ? Its in the root just
as directed so i cant imagine what could be the error.
