sitemap creating /error_log

Hi all,

For the last couple of weeks I've noticed that I'm getting a 4xx error
from the sitemap. The generator is creating certain URLs ending in
/error_log. When I visit these pages I get a Forbidden error and a 404.

What is causing the generator to do this?

How can I fix it?
