edit description

It would be useful be able to edit the description of the feeds.
For example, El Pais.es has the same name for each one
of their feeds. It can happen with other sources.
Just a new field call, description.
I also would like to see the labels of each feed.
Or at least have a unlabeled section in the list of labels.
