Terms of Use Questions

Google Maps API Team,

 

I have read and re-read Google's terms of use for the google mapping.  It is my interpretation that I cannot use google maps on my website. However, because the terms of use are not completely crystal clear, I can interpret the terms of use to my convinience and benefit.  I wish to incorporate google maps at http://ccienet.com. Part of the service we provide to commercial real estate brokers is the mapping.  How much do you charge for this service if I cannot use it free?  I would appreciate a clear and conscise response in your email.
