Text below links in google search results and sitemap verification

Hi,

Im rather new to the website business. Our website was designed in
Flash so our site doesnt show up until the second page of Google
results (even though our domain name is the search string) and the text
below our name says "Fireworks Splice HTML. ... Error! iFrames not
supported."

I'm working to solve the first problem by using a sitemap (this will
help, correct?)

But how do I get the text below the search result to change so that it
says something that pertains to our site.

As a side note, the sitemap has been pending verification for a week
and a half, should I be worried?
