Unable to Process Feed

I followed all of the directions and uploaded my feed, however, Froogle
is saying there is a critical error with my feed. Any ideas on what
could have happened? I sent in the feed a couple of times after each
time it said error (three hours later).
I saved in txt (tabbed)
All headers and info is correct.

Any ideas?
